Unless you live locally in Ayrshire, most of our deliveries are all done by DPD. If you do live locally then you will probably get to meet one of our own friendly drivers or you can pick your order up in store.

All deliveries are from Wednesday to Friday, throughout the UK. If you place your order by 12 noon then we promise dispatch the very next day.  Most of our deliveries are next day with some more rural areas being a 2 day delivery

If you don’t make the deadline though, don’t worry that it will be hanging around a postal depot; it won’t. We only pack up your delivery when it is time to go.

If you live in Ayrshire, and you make the 12 noon deadline, we can deliver the next day Tuesday to Friday between 11am and 6pm.

Standard nationwide delivery is £8.95.

• Order by 12 noon Monday morning for delivery Wednesday
• Order by 12 noon Tuesday morning for delivery Thursday
• Order by 12 noon Wednesday morning for delivery Friday

You can use our online address checker to see which delivery option suits you best; standard, before noon or simply just collect in store.

We take great care in both delivery and packaging. If you are getting your order delivered to your home it is freshly prepared by our Master butchers and packed into our temperature controlled boxes that keep your order perfectly chilled and fresh for up to 48 hours.

Don’t worry that you will need to be in to sign for your parcel. We have a special agreement with DPD that means they can leave the parcel in a safe place without you having to sign for it. And it won’t spoil as the packaging keeps it super cool and is robust enough to keep away unwanted visitors. So you can get on with your day and deal with your delivery when it suits YOU.
