We make all of our haggis in-house to a traditional Scottish recipe using only the finest ingredients and the attention to detail that we are known for. Already cooked, these haggis bungs only need reheating; which will take around an hour in a pan of water. Not just to serve on Burns night, haggis makes a great economical supper dish and an interesting ingredient.

Cooking Tips

Haggis bungs are already cooked and just need to be reheated. As it is so compact this takes about an hour in a pan of gently boiling water. Once cooked, split it open and serve. Wrapping in foil prevents against ruination if the thing bursts.
