Cut from the belly of the finest Scottish pork, our spare ribs have the perfect balance between sweet succulent meat and creamy fat to give the ultimate flavour and texture. All of our pork is sourced in the West of Scotland, processed in Ayrshire and then expertly prepared by our Master butchers.
To be at their best, spare ribs need to be smothered in something sweet, spicy and sticky then cooked low and slow until the meat comes away cleanly from the bone and makes a real mess of your face and fingers. It’s the only way.
