Cooking Tips

Spare ribs come in a rack that is slow-cooked first then cut into individual pieces ready for saucing browning and serving. We have the best ever rib recipe over in the recipe section to make life even easy and far more delicious. Essentially ribs are marinated for 24 hrs and then slow-roasted at 170C/Gas 3 for 2 hours. Once cooled the ribs are cut smothered in sauce and finished at 200C/Gas 6 for 20 minutes or so. It is a long process but the results are perfect and well worth the wait.
