Our boneless steaks of Scottish pork loin are hand-cut from the leanest loin and fully trimmed. All of our pork is sourced in the West of Scotland, processed in Ayrshire and then expertly prepared by our Master butchers.
Pork steaks give all the great flavour of a chop but without the bone are easier to prepare and far more versatile. Equally good in a marinade for the barbecue or pan-fried with a quick sauce. Midweek food; weekend flavour.
