| Cooking Tips | Topped with uncooked pastry these pies are ready to bake fresh at home. Simply preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4 place the pie on a baking sheet and heat through for 25 to 30 minutes. The trick with pastry is to let it cook for as long as possible without it actually burning; it can nearly always take another 5 minutes. |
