Our T bone is dry-aged on the bone, for a minimum of 21 days in our state of the art chilled storage, and then skilfully prepared by our Master butchers. All of our bone-in beef is sourced from only our hand-selected farms in Scotland.
Quite possibly the king of all steaks. Not only do you get sirloin on one side and fillet on the other but cooking on the bone means ultimate flavour and texture. Ladies, this is man steak; keep him quiet for a while.
