A long way from the telltale fishy flavour and pallid flesh of an industrially farmed bird, we source our chickens to bring you the best value for your money. That means a decent chicken, fed on a natural diet, with all the flavour and texture you would expect from a good British bird. We take our premium British chickens and remove the backbone so the bird lies flat. Known as spatchcocking, this makes a chicken far easier to cook, and much more versatile. Coated in our special Argentinian glaze, full of chilli and tomatoes for a bit of South American fire, this chicken is ready to grill or barbecue; it can even still be roasted in the oven.
