Description
All of our Scottish bacon is cured in Ayrshire of Scottish pork. Sold rindless, our bacon is proper bacon, from a proper butcher. For many a bacon lover, streaky is the only way to go.
Like its unsmoked cousin belly pork, it has enough full flavoured sweet meat but more importantly lots of lovely fat. Not only does it crisp up a treat for a sarnie but it is indispensable in the kitchen as a seasoning.
